In order to register as an eligible vendor, you need to follow the established steps and application procedures.

1. Registered with Suruhajaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) / Registrar of Cooperative Development Office, as applicable.

2. Registration can only be made online through Vendor Development Programe page in DDEC website.

3. The applicant is only allowed to apply for no more than two (2) Category Code. Priority fields MUST be applied based on the Company`s core business.

4. Each application is subject to processing fee of RM 100.00 (including GST 0% and non-refundable).

5. By submitting the documents as required, you agree that DDEC may collect, use and disclose your personal data, as provided in the Vedor Registration Form for the purpose of appraisal and verification under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

Registration as a Contractor

i) Valid Contractor Registration (PPK) with Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB).

ii) Valid Sijil Perolehan Kerja Kerajaan (SPKK) with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) ; and

iii) Valid Bumiputera status Certificate (STB) with Contractor Service Center (PKK) (if any)

Registration as a specialist contractor

i) Valid registration with Ministry of Finance (MOF); and

ii) Valid registration with any related Government Agencies/Professional Bodies

Registration as a Consultant

i) Valid registration with Ministry of Finance (MOF); and

ii) Valid registration with any related Government Agencies/Professional Bodies.

Registration as a Supplier

i) Valid registration with Ministry of Finance (MOF); and

ii) Valid registration with any related Government Agencies/Professional Bodies.

Registration as a Solicitor

i) At least two (2) person in partnership firm

ii) Possesses Annual Certificate to Practice issued by High Court and issued by Bar Council of Malaysia.

iii) At least four (4) years experience in legal practice.

iv) Do not represent any party against DDEC.

Registration as a Security Guard Services Category

i) Valid registration with Ministry of Finance (MOF)

ii) Valid registration with Ministry of Internal Security, Malaysia.

iii) Valid registration with Security Guard Services Association Malaysia ; and

iv) Possesses professional indemnity insurance (minimum indemnity of RM 1.0 million in aggregate).
